This policy outlines the detailed procedures and regulations regarding returns, exchanges and refunds.

All our orders include free shipping.

Return Period: Customers may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving their order. If more than 30 days have passed since the shipment date, we may be unable to provide you with a refund or exchange service.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements: The product must be unused and kept in its original condition; the product must be returned with its original packaging; all accessories and attached parts must be returned together; proof of purchase or order number must be provided. Items that do not meet the above requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including: used products; opened and/or trial-used products; items damaged due to improper use; clearance items or Final Sale products; gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective item or an incorrect item due to shipping error, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. Please provide the following information: your order number; photos of the product; photos of the packaging (if available). After review and verification, we will provide one of the following solutions for you: item replacement; or a full refund. No additional fees will be charged for the above services.

Exchange Service: Currently, we only provide exchange services under the following circumstances: the product is defective; the product is damaged during transportation; an incorrect item is received due to shipping error. If you wish to exchange the item for a different style or model, we recommend that you first return the original item and then place a new order for your desired product.

Return Procedure: To apply for a return, please contact our customer service team via support@tesororide.us. Please provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return address. Please make sure to select a shipping method with logistics tracking service when returning the item. We may refuse to accept items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Fee: Unless any of the following conditions apply, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee: the product has quality defects; the product is damaged during transportation; we have shipped the wrong item. Once the order has been shipped, the original shipping fee incurred for the order will not be refunded.

Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the result of your refund application (approved or rejected). If your application is approved: the refund will be returned to your original payment account via the original payment channel. Refund processing usually takes 7 working days. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
